Californian prosecutors have launched lawsuits over Toyota’s defective motor vehicles.

Toyota is being sued on the basis it allegedly sold hundreds of thousands of vehicles that it knew had defects in the acceleration and braking systems.

Regulators have linked five deaths to crashes in Toyota cars and are still investigating others.

Prosecution offices in different parts of California will allege that Toyota knowingly sold cars and trucks with defects that caused the vehicles to accelerate suddenly and uncontrollably.

There are several dozens of cases against Toyota that could cost the company billions of dollars.

Toyota's US headquarters are in California.

State of California sues Toyota for faults

Toyota and others knew they were having issues and attempted to hide it. All Car Companies should have came forward with a full disclosures of what car were dangerous. Instead of waiting for a huge media blitz and tons of public pressure. I never seen so many car companies GM - NISSAN - TOYOTA - HYUNDAI having recalls all at the same time. I had no idea my car was affected until I looked on http://www.carpedalrecall.com and found I had a bad Anti Lock control unit on my 2008 Pontiac G8 , my co workers Ford Truck had a recall also. So be careful

lol so sad

California is sad

California is sues Toyota because they begged Toyota to keep the plant they had in a joint venture with GM open, even though GM pulled out of the venture for $$$ reasons... Toyota couldn’t justify keeping the plant open to run at 1/2 capacity, so they closed it down. Now California is taking them to court to save face.

California is sad.

California says Toyota must pay

A state of the art machinery is only as good as the operator who runs it. If the driver is a menace of the road then you can expect he will hit some one or kill himself. We blame the machine, but do we really look at the record of the driver? NO, because it is easier to blame Toyota.

The car does not take off by itself unless the operator steps on the gas pedal that is too close to the brake.

The Masons want REVENGE for the Japan new government’s reluctance to continue with the previous governments of Japan’s duty to be the factory slaves producing automobiles and electronics for the banking robber barons in the US-UK selling them in USD so that the banking robber barons can continue to print their junk USD fiat paper money.

Time is precious for the new Japanese government if it is really interested about its own security.

Allowing the US military to stay in Japan any further will pose even greater risk of the Japanese people being collateral damage in a possible nuclear confrontation between the US military and the China-Russia military alliance (which is way superior in a nuclear confrontation because of their territorial advantages). The China-Russia military alliance does not rely as much as the US on aircraft carriers (aircraft carriers are lame ducks in today’s warfare because it only takes ONE anti-ship nuclear ballistic missile like Sunburn to wipe out the whole naval task force. In World War II, it took at least a few dozens of bombers to wipe an aircraft carrier but with the nuclear technology they have today it will take only one to wipe out the whole naval task force. Japan needs to get the US military out FAST and needs to begin peace talks as well as economic partnerships with China and Russia.

The purpose of the US military’s presence in Japan has absolutely nothing to do with the security of Japan (the US military nuked Japan in WWII) but has more to do with making sure that Japan as well as the ASEAN countries keep sweating producing automobiles and electronics in USD to grease and keep the US-UK-EU banking robber barons’s USD banking system running. These robber barons aka as Masons OWNED the governments of the US-UK-EU.

The Japanese government needs to expose everything that was hidden by the LDP for decades concerning the US military in Japan. It also needs to call a binding public referendum on whether to have the US military kicked out of Japan. Make sure to lay out the comparative risks of having the US military in Japan so that the public will have a better understanding prior to make the decision.

The Japanese government should also watch out for the Yakuza because the Masons will surely hire assassins to intimidate and maybe assassinate its political leaders. The Masons is going to try to spread fear and disinformation to the general public on the danger of having the US military withdrawn using the Japanese mainstream media through bribes. The Masons may also engineer scandals such as extramarital affairs, public works corruption, etcetera to try to bring down the government.

One attractive option the Japanese government can do in the case that the US military refuse to withdraw even with the referendum approved is to invite China and Russia to open military bases in Japan.

Again, time is precious. Don’t wait until the public runs out of patience wanting another election to have the Masons bringing the old LDP suckers in again.

The US military may try to bring more earthquakes and typhoons to intimidate but it will be much better for the Japanese government to inform the public about these militarized earthquakes and typhoons. The Japanese government needs to also make sure aerial spraying of chemicals of barium derivatives as well as weather modification chemicals which made artificial earthquakes and typhoons are stopped (this may be hard to do because the bulldog (the US military) is in your own backyard). So maybe it is better option to invite China and Russia to open its military bases in Japan.

Japan will have tough decisions to make.

Risk nuclear annihilation in a nuclear war between the US military based in Japan and the China-Russia military alliance.

Or suffer the casualties posed by the earthquakes created by the US military as intimidations.

In a calculated response, nuclear annihilation is a lot worse than the earthquakes. It is quite improbable that the US military would destroy Japan’s cities completely especially when their bases are there and it would be an irreversible damage for the US-UK-EU banking system because it will bring the complete collapse of their banking system.

The biggest mistake countries like Indonesia and Japan made is to allow US satellites to cover their skies. Satellites played a very important role in localizing artificial earthquakes as well as localizing adverse weather modifications.

The best way for the Japanese government to proceed is to tell its people of the TRUTH/REALITY that the earthquakes they are experiencing are not random acts but acts of terrorism and by whom (of course the bankers owning the US government). Doing nothing is not going to change anything.
